When can I redeem my rewards?

To be eligible for a rewards redemption:

• Your Debbie rewards balance has to hit the $50 mark. 
• You must have your partner account connected. See instructions here on how to open up your partner account. 
• Your partner account must be funded 

You will be prompted to select which account to deposit your rewards into (checking or savings) through ACH direct deposit.

❗ If your partner bank is LFCU, you'll only be able to cash out to PayPal. This option is only available to LFCU members.

Once you've initiated a cash-out, expect the payment to arrive within 7-10 business days. The exact time frame might vary depending on your chosen cash-out method and external processing times.
