I passed my streak but it says I haven’t yet 👀

Oooo... we know how frustrating that must be! Please keep in mind that account balances do not refresh everyday and can take up to 72 hours 🙏

If you've crossed the 72-hour mark, it's a good idea to take a moment to double-check if any of your accounts are disconnected. When one of your accounts gets disconnected, it can throw a little glitch into the way streaks work.

For example, let's say your Chase card decides to disconnect, and you've been diligently making payments on your Wells Fargo card. Well, those payments might not get the recognition they deserve until the Chase card is re-connected.
